On the ground floor of Cal Santu there is an apartment able to hold a maximum of seven people.

Emphasizing its elegant and modern decoration, the apartment has three bedrooms – two double rooms and a suite-type room, with the possible addition of another bed if necessary. These rooms are also stonewalled, and thus the guests will remain isolated from the high summer temperatures and enjoy a comfortable cool atmosphere.

Additionally, the apartment has a large and warm lounge, with wide windows opening directly to the outside of the house, a kitchen-dinning room fitted with all the tools needed for cooking and two complete bathrooms.
